Lola’s Story
💖 Meet Lola, a 6-year-old French Bulldog who has brought joy and companionship to her owner, despite facing the challenges of homelessness. Lola is more than just a pet; she’s a source of comfort and unwavering love for her owner, who has always been by her side. Her charming personality and strong bond with her owner make her an irreplaceable part of their lives together.
In January 2025, Lola was diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma, a form of cancer that requires specialised surgery. Lola’s owner, who is homeless, faced difficulty accessing the care she needed. That’s when StreetVet, a Charity providing free primary veterinary care for homeless individuals, stepped in and referred Lola to the Zeus and PJ Charitable Foundation for support.
Thanks to the support of the Zeus and PJ Foundation, Lola was able to undergo the life-saving surgery she needed to fight her cancer and continue being the loyal companion she’s always been. We’re proud to stand by Lola on her journey and help her receive the care she truly deserves.
